Please review any warnings that are displayed below (if you are running the quick installer and see virtually nothing, try adding successful_checks=1 in the URL to confirm checks are running). If you have multiple language packs uploaded, you will also be prompted to select a language.

Support for PHP versions newer than 8.3 might not actively be maintained.
You are using HTTP rather than HTTPS. It is recommended to build new websites using HTTPS because web browsers give security-warnings on non-HTTPS websites. For this to work you will need to install a signed SSL certificate on your webhosting. You can ignore this if you are installing on localhost for testing.
You appear to either be on a suEXEC server. That's great because it means your site will be more secure and you will not need to set the extra permissions mentioned in the installation tutorial.
